Our third time in the kitchen doing some desserts. Keke! First was chocolate cake, & then followed by fruit tarts.

Tried out the Mango Pomelo Sago recipe tat I searched online wif dear dear on last Saturday nite. Did I mention tat I hate kitchen? Keke~ By the time we done with it, it was already almost 2am okie! Damn tired and warm~

Well, one thing I learnt last nite was tat neva to trust online recipes at all! The oni thing u can trust is most probably the ingredients. We followed the recipe exactly & wat we got was a pot of pale yellowish stuff tat had a weird smell! Doesnt smell like Mango Pomelo Sago at all lo! & we wasted 1 big & sweet mango ^o^ Sianz diao!

But dear dear really neva give up sia! Keke~ He suggested trying again! Okie...I wanna eat the dessert too, so I decided to go for it again (without following the recipe). We shall 靠自己! Haha!!

& so we started to meaure the ingredients based on estimation, & cook according to wat we thot was rite. AND WE FINALLY SUCCEEDED!!!! Woohoo~~ It tasted delicious lo! Still remembered dear dear's look when he first tried it. Haha! I was so anxious to noe how it tasted. Was sooooooo happy tat we succeeded~~~ ^-^ At least we din waste the other mango tat dear dear's mummy bought for us :p but I felt bad tat we wasted one though. She bought us the expensive mangoes sia!

To make up for it, dear dear went to buy more mangoes (the cheaper ones) the next day to make more Mango Pomelo Sago. Keke~ & of cos it's a success too, since I had written the recipe for him the previous nite. Heehee~ Dear dear's parents tried & commented tat it was delicious, & so did my mummy. Dear dear was very nice to bring one bowl for her last nite to try ^-^

Was too busy preparing the dessert tat we did not take any photo at all ^0^ Haiz~ Wanna keep tis as a memory de wor~ meow~
