Leave Or Stay?


Completed my appraisal on Wednesday...Not sure whether if I scored higher this year. Haha! Cos I dun remember my marks for last year! I never bother to remember the marks aniwae, as long as I get my increment :p


But dere r pple who care too much for the appraisal marks le...haiz~ Dun understand y compare wif others on ur marks? The appraisal is to appraise your performance, not appraise your performance as compared to your colleagues lo. So dun compare!! Btw this is supposed to be confidential okie, u can get into trouble for disclosing ur marks lo. Haiz~ Aniwae glad tat u listened to my advice n decided to accept the fact. Keke!


As for myself, my marks was (^-^) But abit sianz when I heard this, "You noe la, now company freeze headcount, so for these few months not possible la." It's always been lidat when the dicussion is on my advancement. I tink I'm getting used to it.


Thanks to the pple who recommended me to boss for promotion. But I myself oso tink tat it's not possible. I juz got promoted last year wor! Get promoted again this year?! I dun tink so...


I still haf 1 year to tink abt my future career path. Leave or Stay? *Boss! Offer me a good price n I might stay on abit longer! Whahaha~*
