Any place tat I can write in to complain about shoppers??

Encountered one recently - unreasonable, nasty, liar and crazy! Becos of her, I got to repeat the whole story over and over again to boss. Hello~ I'm the innocent party in this whole thing also lo. CSO juz throw me this bomb without informing me wat happen at all!!

And this crazy woman kept shouting and shouting non-stop, and at the same time demanding an explanation from me. How can I explain when she kept on yakking!! Well~ I admitted tat I raised my voice to quiet her down so tat I can explain, but hey I did it politely okie! I did say 'please' and ' thank you', so why didnt she reported tat as well?? But this big fat liar twist and turn the story to sound like I'm shouting at her!!!

Another thing is tat she definitely did not report the whole story, she only pick bits and pieces and turn it into a story tat is favourable to her lo! F*ck! Still wanna report to police, report to CASE. Plz~~ in the first place, there isnt any case for her to report also! She got watever she wanted and she should understand tat she got watever she wanted is becos it's MY DECISION! And I did this so as to shut this low-class, greedy and big fat liar's mouth up!!!!
